Much better than I expected! It is heavy, about 15 lbs. but I knew that. I mad vegetable soup the second day I had it. Love it! Easy o clean and the color goes beautifully in my kitchen!

It's a very beautiful pot. The chicken lid is cute. Good thermal conductivity. Boil quickly. Anhydrous dishes are also delicious. Reliable cookware. I love Staub.

Absolutely beautiful Dutch oven. Both on inside outside. I have been wanting one of these ‘bad boys’ for quite some time now. The sale was pretty good. I will be looking foreword tomorrow sales from Wayfair so I can complete my set of Staub Dutch ovens. By the way the pot rack it’s on is also from Wayfair !
