Very cute plates - however this package arrived with ZERO protective packaging around the box of plates inside of the shipping box. I could hear as soon as I picked the box up from the porch that it was rattling with broken pieces. The return/exchange process is ridiculous as they want me to send back BROKEN PIECES OF CHINA in order to get a replacement sent. Ridiculous. I know this this is budget site, but to not have a *single* protective piece of shipping material for fragile plates is insane. Will never buy plates/dinnerware from this company every again and would caution anyone to really consider if it's worth buying items like this from this site.
