I love Birch Lane. I love these Lenox dishes. (It is my second set.) I’m always very satisfied with my orders from BL. BUT… I received a notification that the dishes had been delivered. So I opened the email to see my box sitting on a vehicle (My mother’s SUV was sitting in my front yard, and the photo showed the dishes sitting on top of her hood). Like why?
