Pfaltzgraff Hensley 12-Piece Stoneware Dinnerware Set, Service for 4

I just received my dishes so haven't used them yet, but I love their look and they seem to be what I've been looking for. I would have ordered them 2 months ago but was waiting for an answer from Birch Lane regarding inconsistencies in your on-line descriptions. The Overview says 12 pc with Dinner Plates, Soup Bowls and Cereal Bowls: The Features says 12 pc with 4 bowls, 8 dinners and 4 salads, which is also what your customer representative said. She (I won't throw her under the bus) said she would reach out to the manufacturer to confirm what an order included and email me back. In the interim I looked for other sets but continued to prefer your Pfaltzgraff set. After no response from your company, I decided to go ahead and order 2 sets, hoping they included 4 dinner plates, 4 salad plates and 4 bowls. Fortunately, that is what arrived! I would suggest that you correct your website with the accurate items included in a Dinnerware Set. Now to start using the dishes!!

These are okay. One dish was chipped in the bottom upon arrival. The off center design is not off center enough, it just looks like a design flaw. The colors are pretty. They are heavy.
