Obviously the placemats that I received (2 not 4 as ordered) are not as pictured on your website. However, I contacted customer service and the correct items are already on the way! You have no idea how much I appreciate the kindness, professionalism and unparalleled efficiency that Shawncyia R afforded me this afternoon when I called. Employees like Shawncyia R are the reason I prefer to shop with Wayfair! I recommend she be promoted….she would be a natural at training future employee’s!
