Be weary of ordering from Birchlane. My moccamaster’s plate came melted in several places. Customer service wanted me to keep the defective product (which likely had some sort of electrical issue) for a 25% refund. Was not going to chance a fire.

This is my second Moccamaster as I have one at another home. Absolutely love the sleek, modern look and it makes a great cup of coffee!Only wish it had a timer so coffee could be ready when I come downstairs!
