I have made bread in here a few times and it comes out great. However, I have not diverged from the basic recipe that came with the product. I like having an extra bowl for my mixer for days when you want to mix more than one thing, and its nice this bowl doubles as bakeware. I don't use it that often, but it is handy when it's handy. Wayfair offered this at a great price, which is why I bought it.
