First, it’s not Made in USA. Very misleading! This was the reason I bought this slow cooker because we know that if it’s made in the US, it’s made to last. It’s made in China folks! Who is selling these Why claim something that is NOT TRUE. You’re playing with people’s money during the pandemic Wow. I don’t know if this one is refurbished or what! It’s cooking fine but it came with visible flaws with the ceramic insert. I’d like to return it and I better not get charged for shipping it back bc it’s not my fault this turned out to be made in China! Get your act together, seller! Very heavy duty, sleek. will update how it worked compared to my other slow cooker soon with thanksgiving coming up I’m making pot roast. (Excuse cute finger prints my son was just as excited as mama)
