Very disappointed. Shipment did not contain a bread knife so I had to keep the knife from the previous set I had. Also tried to scan both to Register my product (didn’t work) and then tried to scan for Sharpening Reminders (also didn’t work) After several unsuccessful attempts to scan I gave up very disappointed! Also instructions on how to sharpen are not clear at all! I guess Henckels assumed I should know! Thanks anyway, Deborah Phelan
