Gibson Home Festive Tree 12 Piece Porcelain Dinnerware Set

Both of my orders for plates holly Ivy and Gibson home festive tree -2 piece set have been delivered to the incorrect address I’ve email, called etc more than6 times to get this error resolved. NOW what the heck do I do to have you either refund my my total money due me back to my credit card for them BOTH or are you getting them back from the person where you delivered these 2 orders. The NC address we haven’t lived in for a year and you had our new address a month after we moved to PA. Also when you contact me to either send me a second order without any charge or cancel both of them I NOW have a new address since we purchased a house. The new address which I called Wayfair 92023 to change it should be Carolyn Irwin 4322 N. Victoria Way Harrisburg,PA 17112!!!! NOTE this please. I’d finally like to have someone first that cares about the customer and someone that will positively fix this error for once to call me in person ASAP 717-984-7270 so I know if your sending my order without charging me and or if you are cancelling it and seeing I get MY REFUND NOW. ASAP again and again I ask this for at least my 5th times.
