Winterfest Chip and Dip Tree Platter

After just having to wait for a replacement on another piece from this collection, this piece came chipped and cracked. I really don't understand why a more lengthy item is packed without Styrofoam in the middle as it is on each end... so counterintuitive. Wayfair, either insist the manufacturer properly pack items or stop dealing with them, it's a headache for you and me alike! That being said, it's a shame these items are purely packed as the quality of the items in this collection is stellar, and each piece is darling. I appreciate the good customer service and subsequent resolution... thank you Wayfair.
