Very heavy three ply stainless. Won't warp and easy to clean. Perfect for our induction Stove top.

I’m loving my sauté pan

The pan arrived today, earlier than projected. The pan and lid were well packaged and arrived in pristine condition. It is solid and well built and heavy enough that I'm happy it has a helper handle. I look forward to cooking with it. While I just unpackaged the pan and have not yet had time to cook anything in it, I have no doubt it will be an excellent addition to my kitchen. I do most of my cooking on stainless steel and cast iron so I know how to properly use stainless steel. I do have a much smaller sauté pan and needed a larger one. This one fits the bill, exactly!

Just used my sauté pan yesterday. It is such a beautiful pan. It heats evenly, and my chicken dish was a huge success. It’s a professional quality pan that is heavier than my other pans. So glad to have it. Love it.

LOVE my sauté pan! It’s larger than I expected but I’d rather it be larger than smaller. Great product— just don’t forget that you have to heat the pan to mid high before cooking anything in it )
