The three stars are not for performance, but for faulty parts. The processor I received was clearly a return and resend because of scratches on the large bowl and broken gasket on flat cover. Wayfair suggested I contact Cuisinart for replacement of FP-13D flat cover, which I was fine doing, since I did not want to send the whole unit back. Cuisinart was quick to send replacement, but the new cover's gasket has a chunk missing. I don't see it lasting long. I contacted Cuisinart and sent pics, questioning their quality control at the manufacturing site.
