Great pan. Nice and light. I only wish the lid was clear. Mine arrived with a dent around the lip of the pan, but I got a partial refund from Birch Lane.. Nicole. Plymouth, MA. Sun Jan 31 2021

No other classic cooking method lets you so perfectly prepare as wide a variety of foods as the simple sauté. It is a versatile cooking tool ideal for lightly frying a variety of meats, poultry, or fish. And tightly lidded the sauté tenderly finishes the cooking process with delicious results. The saute pan bonds stainless steel to a core of pure aluminum for unsurpassed durability and performance.
