Cuisinart Burr Grind and Brew 12-Cup Coffeemaker

Followed the instructions, brewed a mug of coffee, (need to adjust amount of beans)defective coffee maker you never replaced nor gave me credit. I stopped buying from you.

I love those coffee pot. I love that I can grind my beans and have fresh every day.

This thing is terrible. I got one and had to warranty it do to the water pumping through way too fast. The second one also has issues. These coffeemakers don't actually let you control the grind, despite the "grind control" feature--you can only select 3 strengths of coffee, which controls how many beans it grinds, not the fineness of the grind. So it grinds coffee waaaay too coarse and makes super weak coffee. And even if I skip the grind function and put in pre-ground coffee, it overflows about half the time and makes a huge mess. I had to warranty via Cuisnart, which shipped me a new one rather than refund me, and it's a 1 year warranty, not 3. I really just wanted my money back but now I've got a second coffee maker to hate.

As always Cuisinart is a great product

LOVE this coffee pot! The grinder serves as an alarm clock and we wake up to freshly ground and brewed coffee.
