This warranty only applies to installations made by duly and properly licensed and active tile contractors. The defect is defined as a shortfall in the product to perform to specifications as disclosed in the product literature, within industry allowable tolerances as set forth by the Tile Council of North America (TCNA), the American National Standard Institute (ANSI), and the Marble Institute of America., Any labor charges for the removal of product or installation of replacement product., Ordinary wear and tear, Installation by an unlicensed, inactive, or improperly licensed tile contractor, Normal variations between field tile and trim tile, Any Commercial or Second quality products, or any products not classified as First Quality, Customer or contractor improper use or maintenance of the product including negligence, physical, or chemical abuse, Certain factors are beyond our control, including installation of our products by others, building structural design or construction conditions, and environmental conditions. Gorgeous tile! I love all things Bedrosians and this is no exception. The tile is very well made, and the mosaic pattern is so unique and beautiful! I ordered the Oriental White color. The only slight negative (for me), and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, is the color of the marble. The batch of tile I received was mostly gray and white, which didn’t work as well for my project. Based on the photos, I had hoped the mosaic would have some warmer tones mixed in with the gray and white. Overall I still highly recommend this tile, especially since color variation is to be expected with marble.

They look beautiful, but they are difficult to install which drives up the overall cost. The little pieces fall out. Also, the interior pieces are grey, not a greenish color which I knew because I ordered a sample first but I would have preferred a greenish color. Overall still looks beautiful.. Carrie.
