BEAUTIFUL!!! Extremely well made pots. Comes to a rolling boil FAST! My wife has the older version of all clad that still hold their own and looks great. She fell in love with the copper core version as she noticed a significant difference in the amount that she needs to season any dish she prepares! This set is a must have for an everyday cook!

This is the latest addition to our group of Copper-Core pots, and like all of them, we love it. It's great for soups and stocks and the perfect home for a chicken carcass on the way to the next soup. The even heat distribution in these pots is fabulous.

Had a choice to buy other induction capable cookware and glad I got Al-Clad copper core for large stock pot. Boils quickly and temp control is great. Price is high but you get what you pay for.

This stockpot is the best for making candy. I regularly make toffee and I can always count on an even cook because of the cooper lining. That doesn't mean I can walk away from the stove, but it does make the process easier. I actually have two now.

The copper finish makes it look so classy. The materials are the best out there. My stew turned out perfect. Cooking was so easy and even. I absolutely love it and will continue to use every day. I will definitely expand the collection. This is the perfect look of cookware for my kitchen.
