You have to literally fluff every branch and leave and I spent quite some time bending branches and twisting leaves and even after an hour there was still a gap about a third up that I wish they’d included another leafy branch to create a fuller look. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the 84” Birch Tree in Pot. It was packaged somewhat carefully and only had 3 limbs to slip into place. Fluff the limbs annd branches out just a bit before putting into place on the tree trunk and it’ll save you some time. The leaves were realistic, though some had become crinkled, apparently when they were slipped into their separate bags for shipping, but just a little patience in turning them into shape seemed to work. As a designer, I have ordered this tree multiple times for different projects, and I love it every time! My only complaint is that the times I have ordered it, the black fake dirt in the top of the pot has come in cracked every time, but Wayfair is very quick to either replace or discount it to make up for it. Their customer service is amazing! I still love this tree, and I put it in my own pot and put rocks around the bottom so it doesn’t tip, anyway.
