I love the chair. It glides and swivels silently and effortlessly. Although the seat cushion is much firmer than I was expecting, it is a comfortable chair, and I love the recliner feature. My grandchildren love it as well. It seems to be a well made piece of furniture. I ordered two of these chairs, in Spinnsol White Performance Twill because I wanted the brightest white available. I Iove the chairs, The reason I didn't give them five stars is because they arrived with some small but fixable issues and I have concerns that the plastic legs will not last - these should be made of sturdier material. Customer Service was responsive to the defects situation and worked with me on a solution. Defects aside, the chairs are comfortable and the right size for the space.
