You have to literally fluff every branch and leave and I spent quite some time bending branches and twisting leaves and even after an hour there was still a gap about a third up that I wish they’d included another leafy branch to create a fuller look. The Overview says 12 pc with Dinner Plates, Soup Bowls and Cereal Bowls: The Features says 12 pc with 4 bowls, 8 dinners and 4 salads, which is also what your customer representative said. She (I won't throw her under the bus) said she would reach out to the manufacturer to confirm what an order included and email me back. In the interim I looked for other sets but continued to prefer your Pfaltzgraff set. After no response from your company, I decided to go ahead and order 2 sets, hoping they included 4 dinner plates, 4 salad plates and 4 bowls. Fortunately, that is what arrived!
