This couch is the bomb! It's so comfortable.....and it looks great. Tailored without being stuffy/sterile (like the living room furniture you were not allowed to sit on as a kid). It was a little tricky to connect the pieces - metal connectors have to be rotated to connect - and while we bought it for the "option" to rearrange the pieces.....yeah probably will never disconnect to move them around. We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. The cushions are filled with down feathers and supported by sinuous springs to help resist sagging over time. Plus, the cushions are removable, so this couch is super easy to vacuum. And we love how it comes with four throw pillows, so there's no need to buy those separately.

This sofa exceeded all expectations and I'm very pleased with it. It appears to be well-constructed and solid. The cushions are full and spring back into shape after you stand up. I was worried that the tufted seams and buttons would be cheaply done, but there seems to be a lot of integrity with how it's made. I love my sofa. I give it 4 only because I have a huge problem with the fabric on one arm. The delivery man said just call and they will send a new one. After hours on hold they said there was nothing they could do. I was waiting to see if the fabric would straighten itself out. I waited 5 days and Apparently that’s too long.
