Very nice sofa. Sits firm and is deep. It is a nice soft white, not too stark but not yellowy. Arrived with some dirt marks on the corner, not the fault of the delivery people. It was wrapped so must have happened at the factory. But it came out with a little Dawn and water. The delivery guys did an excellent job.. Susan. Traverse City, MI. Tue Jun 09 2026

They are perfect for the sitting area in front of my fire place. I love that they rock and swivel. They are well made and so very comfortable. When I say comfortable, I mean for a rocker/glider swivel chair they are awesome for sitting. I've looked and tested severa chairsl before purchasing these. These are so much quality for the price!! Chairs like these with the down fill and performance fabric in my area sell for almost double. I can't say enough about the superior delivery from JW Logistics in Baton Rouge, La. From the dispatcher Brittany, and the driver B. White, they went above and beyond to deliver my two chairs promptly and professionally. After this experience with Birch Lane, I would not hesitate to purchase this type of item again. Always read the reviews people take time to leave! And always leave reviews, they really do help!. I ordered two of these chairs, in Spinnsol White Performance Twill because I wanted the brightest white available. I Iove the chairs, The reason I didn't give them five stars is because they arrived with some small but fixable issues and I have concerns that the plastic legs will not last - these should be made of sturdier material. Customer Service was responsive to the defects situation and worked with me on a solution. Defects aside, the chairs are comfortable and the right size for the space. Enough room to spend an afternoon cocooned in the chair, wrapped in a blanket and reading a good book.. Jennifer. Auburn, AL. Sat Aug 12 2023

Beautiful, high quality chairs! I love that the slip cover did not have to be steamed. I would absolutely measure your table to make sure you have enough leg room with these chairs. The seat is higher (20in) than most standard chairs because of the cushion so there was not enough leg room under the table. Chairs were not returnable so now I have to find a new table.. Rachel.
