This is such a pretty rug. Very soft, but thin so you will need a pad underneath. I actually ordered mine a little too small accidentally but I am going to layer it over a plain jute rug. It’s definitely a navy color and I would say a little muted in color (not a super dark blue). And to me it has slight purple undertones. (My opinion). We are using it in a kids art area.. Melody. Great rug, seems like high quality and thankfully it doesn’t shed (so far) or have any new rug smell. However, the color is not at all what I expected. It’s very TEAL!
