We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. I ordered this sofa in Java (Navy blue). Came in earlier than expected but I was able to reschedule delivery very easily. Communication for delivery was great. I was able to track it right to my house and got a call 30 minutes out . The quality of Braxton Culler is great. It’s a very comfortable couch. Love that it is Made in USA!
