The dressers are beautiful and very well made. I am chiming in, because our delivery people originally refused to place them in the correct room also. It was up one flight of stairs, but directly at the top--nothing insane. It wasn't until my husband pointed out that the box had "white glove delivery" printed on it that they acquiesced and placed them in the correct room.
