The sofa is lovely and very comfortable, but the horizontal cushions lift their corners every time someone gets off the couch, i can’t un-see it and find myself constantly arranging and fluffing the cushions (you can see it on the picture i uploaded). Irina. Mon Oct 12 2026

I waited to write a review for this couch to see if it would hold up to 2 grandchildren jumping on it, especially my 6-year-old. This couch is fantastic. I absolutely had to get it slipcovered, in 100 cotton fabric, because of the same reason - - Grandchildren. I have washed various parts, a pillow here, couch cushion there, and it looks brand new again. Love it!. Trisch. Lake Mills, WI. Sun Aug 24 2025

This couch is the bomb! It's so comfortable.....and it looks great. Tailored without being stuffy/sterile (like the living room furniture you were not allowed to sit on as a kid). It was a little tricky to connect the pieces - metal connectors have to be rotated to connect - and while we bought it for the "option" to rearrange the pieces.....yeah probably will never disconnect to move them around. PS - those creases in the fabric do relax a little. And then you just steam them / pull them to finish.. Elizabeth W.. Cape Coral, FL. Tue Apr 22 2025

This chair is definitely oversized, and the grey color is very subtle. The material seems to be of nice quality. Although I’m not impressed of the fit of the slipcover , it’s kinda sloppy looking. We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. This was our first online purchase of a couch and we have zero regrets. Birch Lane reps were also very helpful and knowledgeable. Worth the money!. James. North Tonawanda, NY. Thu Aug 29 2024

This sofa exceeded all expectations and I'm very pleased with it. It appears to be well-constructed and solid. The cushions are full and spring back into shape after you stand up. I was worried that the tufted seams and buttons would be cheaply done, but there seems to be a lot of integrity with how it's made. The only change I'm going to make is to find different pillow coverings, to provide some depth and contrast. But otherwise I'm very happy with this purchase.. Sarah. Darnestown, MD. Tue Jun 14 2022
