We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. This was our first online purchase of a couch and we have zero regrets. Birch Lane reps were also very helpful and knowledgeable. Worth the money!. James. North Tonawanda, NY. Thu Aug 29 2024

Beautiful, high quality chairs! I love that the slip cover did not have to be steamed. I would absolutely measure your table to make sure you have enough leg room with these chairs. The seat is higher (20in) than most standard chairs because of the cushion so there was not enough leg room under the table. Chairs were not returnable so now I have to find a new table.. Rachel. This couch is the bomb! It's so comfortable.....and it looks great. Tailored without being stuffy/sterile (like the living room furniture you were not allowed to sit on as a kid). It was a little tricky to connect the pieces - metal connectors have to be rotated to connect - and while we bought it for the "option" to rearrange the pieces.....yeah probably will never disconnect to move them around. PS - those creases in the fabric do relax a little. And then you just steam them / pull them to finish.. Elizabeth W.. Cape Coral, FL. Tue Apr 22 2025

I ordered two of these chairs, in Spinnsol White Performance Twill because I wanted the brightest white available. I Iove the chairs, The reason I didn't give them five stars is because they arrived with some small but fixable issues and I have concerns that the plastic legs will not last - these should be made of sturdier material. Customer Service was responsive to the defects situation and worked with me on a solution. Defects aside, the chairs are comfortable and the right size for the space. Enough room to spend an afternoon cocooned in the chair, wrapped in a blanket and reading a good book.. Jennifer. Auburn, AL. Sat Aug 12 2023
