We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. This was our first online purchase of a couch and we have zero regrets. Birch Lane reps were also very helpful and knowledgeable. Worth the money!. James. North Tonawanda, NY. Thu Aug 29 2024

Take time to order a swatch! Color definitely not the same as pictured. Very comfortable but deep - not for short people. Seems well made. But the chaise is slightly lower than the sofa, so they don’t line up perfectly and there is a small gap when connected.. Peggy. Lakewood, CO. Thu Feb 06 2025

This couch is upholstered in the fabric and color scheme of your choice, so you can make it your own. The cushions are filled with down feathers and supported by sinuous springs to help resist sagging over time. Plus, the cushions are removable, so this couch is super easy to vacuum. And we love how it comes with four throw pillows, so there's no need to buy those separately.

This sofa exceeded all expectations and I'm very pleased with it. It appears to be well-constructed and solid. The cushions are full and spring back into shape after you stand up. I was worried that the tufted seams and buttons would be cheaply done, but there seems to be a lot of integrity with how it's made. The only change I'm going to make is to find different pillow coverings, to provide some depth and contrast. But otherwise I'm very happy with this purchase.. Sarah. Darnestown, MD. Tue Jun 14 2022

This couch is the bomb! It's so comfortable.....and it looks great. Tailored without being stuffy/sterile (like the living room furniture you were not allowed to sit on as a kid). It was a little tricky to connect the pieces - metal connectors have to be rotated to connect - and while we bought it for the "option" to rearrange the pieces.....yeah probably will never disconnect to move them around. PS - those creases in the fabric do relax a little. And then you just steam them / pull them to finish.. Elizabeth W.. Cape Coral, FL. Tue Apr 22 2025

I am 75% happy with my purchase. The quality seems good. The color blends with my recently painted wall. The way the unit is connected is very unique, I like this special feature.
