The dressers are beautiful and very well made. I am chiming in, because our delivery people originally refused to place them in the correct room also. It was up one flight of stairs, but directly at the top--nothing insane. It wasn't until my husband pointed out that the box had "white glove delivery" printed on it that they acquiesced and placed them in the correct room. The piece ordered was a first for me, in that I ordered without having had hands on it in a physical store. Quality is the key concern. However, the ability to return was what provided enough comfort to try. The console table was exactly what I was looking for, the color in the pictures were accurate when compared to the table when it arrived. The build quality is also consistent with the pricing - no cheap hardware or particle board. Some car will be needed in maintaining the top, but I'll be following the instructions - and there will be no food or drinks on it anyway.
