These chairs look just like the picture. I thought the legs were going to be really bad but theyre not. There is a slight white wash blended in to them but its fine looks nice with my walnut table. I assembled them by myself, just screw in the legs probably about 15 minutes each chair. Im going to keep the allen wrench as I assume Ill have to tighten the legs every once in a while. I’ll probably add something on the bottom of the legs so they glide better on the floor. I think they are beautiful and make me dining room look fancy. Hopefully they hold up for awhile!. Tiffany. The only thing we weren't happy with was the rough finish of the wood in places. It was almost as if it got wet after the wood was sanded, because there were strange rough patches here and there. That’s always something important to check. These are rated for up to 200 lbs. the fabric is a nice, deep green and a true velvet. Nice and soft. The the very comfortable and have just the right cushioning and back slope. The seat is deep and the chair is comfortable (although I only sat in it briefly). Unfortunately for me, the arm height doesn’t work with my kitchen table. The online measurement was accurate, so the arms do clear the apron of my table as I expected. The issue is that the arms slope up toward the back of the chair so if you push the chair too far under the table the arms will hit the apron and could cause damage. They are slightly lighter than my table which is ash and have a bit of a chocolate color to them but it was a nice contrast. They are VERY heavy and sturdy.
