The light arrived very quickly and is in good working order. However, the left lamp base is slightly bent so it's slightly skewed. I may be able to bend it back to shape but that worries me. The color is also way more gold than in the image. I was hoping for a lighter/ softer gold to go with my Delta Champagne Bronze bath fixtures. I may attempt to spray paint it.. Susanna. I plan to hang this with the light facing down since it will be in a small space with one more recessed light. It really can go either way-just depends on the direction you need your light. The white globes are super soft both in feel and in color. The brass is spot on. Light you see is natural so no colors added. It’s a classic, simple and pleasing light that would work well in a myriad of decors. I really appreciate the super packaging and quality of each component. Taking its name and shape from the meaning of apple in Italian. The pendants, designed by Thomas O'Brien, are part of a group of new modern organic shapes. It started with a hand-blown bottle vase with an apple–like shape. The mix of delicate glass and timeless steel is decidedly modern with a slight nod to mid-century design.

Love these pendants. They are of the right size for my 10’ long Island. I used 3 of them. The glass shades make the design very light yet elegant. I love them and recommend them if you are aiming for a light feel in your space. Make sure they work with your other lights and elements ( curved, round shapes, black and gold accents, ets.) and your won’t regret them. They are very versatile and can work with different design styles and vibes from minimalist modern to classy elegant traditional. I go for classy European with neutral palette, arches and very light and airy feel and they fit right in! (Sorry for a mess in my pics, still finishing up our renovation, but you get the gist of it).
