This is such a pretty rug. Very soft, but thin so you will need a pad underneath. I actually ordered mine a little too small accidentally but I am going to layer it over a plain jute rug. It’s definitely a navy color and I would say a little muted in color (not a super dark blue). And to me it has slight purple undertones. (My opinion). We are using it in a kids art area.. Melody. Wayfair shipped this item & sent it to our previous home location in PA & it took many, many hours of calls to straighten out that mess. Even up until the time we received the item we were receiving confirmation emails stating the rug was shipped to our address in PA. Nevertheless, the rug is excellent quality, with vibrant colors. It was well worth the cost. We would visit a nearby Birchlane store and avoid Wayfair going further! Changing an address that wasn’t incorrect upon order should never have been this frustrating!. I love this rug so much! First off, I love the yellow and the golden colors that complement each other! I'm so glad I ordered this rug in this color.
