We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. living in a one bd rm condo size matters ! the big box stores seem to have forgotten about the little retirement condos of which there are many. once jennifer convertibles' closed down you couldn't find the traditional sizing of sofa or loveseat anywhere ! i shopped for 10 years ! love the style, the fabric i selected(true to the sample) the dimensions are perfect and the density of cushions are fabulous and reversible like the good ol' days !!! it was worth the hunt !!!!.
