It was up one flight of stairs, but directly at the top--nothing insane. It wasn't until my husband pointed out that the box had "white glove delivery" printed on it that they acquiesced and placed them in the correct room. This dresser is absolutely exquisite! It was a special delivery and the team that brought it inside were very kind & professional. I couldn’t believe how heavy this piece was! Which I take as a very positive thing— high quality materials.
