The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. Very nice sofa. Sits firm and is deep. It is a nice soft white, not too stark but not yellowy. Arrived with some dirt marks on the corner, not the fault of the delivery people. OMG!!! This beautiful teak daybed is the bees knees!!! My husband and I love it so much and our cats and dog love it too!!!
