The piece ordered was a first for me, in that I ordered without having had hands on it in a physical store. Quality is the key concern. The build quality is also consistent with the pricing - no cheap hardware or particle board. Some car will be needed in maintaining the top, but I'll be following the instructions - and there will be no food or drinks on it anyway.
