The entertainment center is great, however Felix who was sent from Anji's was not very nice. He was installing the shelves and I could see that he didn't have the finished edges facing outward, he was putting the shelves in backwards! I checked the manual to see if I was incorrect and it was very plain that the installer was putting the shelves in backwards! We argued over this well over 5 minutes and I even showed him the diagram of how the shelves should be and basically he told me I didn't know what I was talking about! I finally told him that I didn't care how he wanted to install the shelves, I wanted them facing to the front! He questioned me again and I said, "Just do it!" Felix wasn't happy, but finally installed it the way I wanted. He left in a hurry and I asked if he was going to clean up and he said, "No"! He left the room in a complete mess, styrofoam everywhere and multiple boxes everywhere too! Everything was great EXCEPT the installer that Anji's sent!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry I don't have any photos to share. I didn't think about taking any photos, I was just focused on cleaning up from the mess that Felix left, before my husband came home.. Anonymous. Parker, CO. It’s a very nice media center. However, it could use some wood plugs on the lowest bookcase shelves. There are large holes where it is screwed together that are very visible to see. On delivery, it comes in many pieces. They put it together for you. We had several damaged pieces so had to wait a few weeks for replacements. Once we had the replacements and it was assembled, we noticed one other piece with small damage. At that point they offered us a decent price adjustment so we kept it. They have very good customer. This widescreen electric firebox mimics the look of a real, flickering fire, but does not require a chimney or vents and conveniently plugs into a standard outlet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very impressed with the quality and durability of this TV stand. It comes fully assembled minus the electric fire place insert, which you just slide in from the back and tighten two screws on either side. The fireplace itself has several settings for flame color, brightness, whether the coals flicker, and temperature. You can also turn just the “flames” on with no heat. When the heat setting is functioning the blower is slightly loud, but nothing you can’t get used to. I’d say similar to a floor fan. I wish the cubbies on either side had doors with frosted glass to hid anything in storage. But overall it looks great. This product is also made in the USA which is awesome.. Paulw. Fri Sep 25 2026

I miss the wood burning fireplace I had in my house but don't want to go the bit electric fireplace route....too much additional furniture for the room. So this is perfect. Kiln-dried wood guarantees structural strength to prevent bending in humid climates. Two cabinets offer ample storage for media and accessories. Natural wood grain adds warmth and character to your space. Arrives fully assembled for immediate use and convenience.

The stand is exactly what I was looking for to go with my Natural wood floors. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the two swinging doors are hard to open after I put my Center Speaker on the top of the unit. This is causing the wood to bend slightly and the doors are harder to open. I took off the back of the unit to provide more air flow for my receiver that sits underneath and in the middle. I also removed the middle shelf. I'm very happy with the product though. I would recommend this piece.. Rick. Clovis, CA. Sat May 06 2023
