This is a really nice ottoman. I purchased the tan and white gingham check. It is heavy and has great space inside for storage. The fabric is a heavy blend of some sort, not 100% cotton, so I was concerned when I first saw it, but it’s thick and the fabric lays nicely, with great corners and flat panels. After months of searching for the perfect dresser, I finally found this one. I had been wanting this dresser for so long, but it was quite expensive. Buying furniture online can be risky, especially when you don’t know what you’ll receive. However, I’ve had positive experiences with Wayfair in the past, so I decided to take the plunge and make the purchase during a sale. This dresser is well-made and incredibly heavy, which is a testament to its quality. The wood has a beautiful, inviting aroma, and the overall design is stunning. It truly exceeded my expectations. Of course, it’s not without its imperfections. There are a few knots and blemishes throughout the wood, but I find these features to be unique and add to the dresser’s charm. I don’t mind them at all they’re actually what I love most about it. The delivery was prompt, and the dresser was assembled and placed in my chosen room without any additional cost. The price was also significantly lower than other retailers, and the delivery team was respectful and professional throughout the process. I think this is a good quality piece. It did however arrived damaged. Looks like it was dropped. Some pieces were broken and the top looks like someone at the factory tried to fix it. I ordered this desk that came with white glove delivery where they carry the box to the room of your choice, assemble (if needed) and take the packaging away. The 2 delivery men carried the box to the room but refused to assemble the desk and take the packaging away, claiming they are not Wayfair and didn't have time even though they acknowledged the invoice had white glove delivery. So, I put the desk together. It basically comes in 4 parts (the top, 2 sides and lower back piece that fits into the 2 side pieces. The instructions refer to the pieces as A, B, C, and D yet the pieces are labeled random letters (R, L,...) but it's not difficult to figure out which piece goes where and it's not hard to put together IF the 2 side pieces fit but they don't so it's impossible for more than 2 screws to fit (one on each side). To compound the problem, the hole in the side of the top piece is oval and the screw is circular. The desk is unstable and unsafe, especially for a child. I've called a carpenter/handyman to come and widen the oval hole so the screw can reach the side pieces. Not happy.. New To Town. Connecticut. Mon Apr 29 2024
