This dresser is a good quality in terms of the material, finish, weight and hardware. The grass cloth finish on the drawer fronts is fine if you like that style. I wish they had the wood-grain drawer fronts so that it matched perfectly with my six drawer dresser. The collar and hardware is identical though so it works. Again one would expect at this price point to have soft-close drawers. You need to give these drawers a good push into place so that they are flush with the others.. Good drawer space. The Lana Chest is a beautiful piece of furniture. It's the perfect size, and it is versatile in ways it can be used. The build quality is also consistent with the pricing - no cheap hardware or particle board. Some car will be needed in maintaining the top, but I'll be following the instructions - and there will be no food or drinks on it anyway. The dressers are beautiful and very well made. I am chiming in, because our delivery people originally refused to place them in the correct room also. It was up one flight of stairs, but directly at the top--nothing insane. It wasn't until my husband pointed out that the box had "white glove delivery" printed on it that they acquiesced and placed them in the correct room. After months of searching for the perfect dresser, I finally found this one. I had been wanting this dresser for so long, but it was quite expensive. Buying furniture online can be risky, especially when you don’t know what you’ll receive. However, I’ve had positive experiences with Wayfair in the past, so I decided to take the plunge and make the purchase during a sale. This dresser is well-made and incredibly heavy, which is a testament to its quality. The wood has a beautiful, inviting aroma, and the overall design is stunning. It truly exceeded my expectations. Of course, it’s not without its imperfections. There are a few knots and blemishes throughout the wood, but I find these features to be unique and add to the dresser’s charm. This piece is absolutely gorgeous! Our house has lower ceilings, so it looks much bigger than I imagined, but still looks stellar. It holds more than I thought it would, and really helps to pull our bedroom together a bit more. It is HEAVY! Thankfully the delivery guys were able to get it in the general location I wanted it, but I had to move it in order to get it anchored to the wall. I understand why the one delivery guy was acting put out and irritated. Having pieces that have arrived damaged in the past, I made sure to go over it with a fine-toothed comb and it was in excellent condition.
