We got this couch as a last resort after being dragged around by another company, so I didn't have super high hopes and it wasn't exactly what we wanted. But it's turned out well! The back cushions came extremely overstuffed and firm (see closer photo), which didn't match any of the listing or review photos. It felt like the back of the couch was trying to push you off every time you sat back. But it turns out those cushions are just loose fill, which normally I do not like, but here it meant I could just remove a bunch of stuffing and now they're much better. The couch is a little taller and looks bulkier in person than I was expecting, but it's growing on me. We've had the couch for about five months now and it gets jumped on daily by my two toddlers. No worse for wear so far. This is the Sustain Dursky Charcoal, which is quite soft. In the second photo you can see that I've flipped the back cushions for even wear. Contrary to other reviewers, this is totally possible! We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. This couch is the bomb! It's so comfortable.....and it looks great. Tailored without being stuffy/sterile (like the living room furniture you were not allowed to sit on as a kid). It was a little tricky to connect the pieces - metal connectors have to be rotated to connect - and while we bought it for the "option" to rearrange the pieces.....yeah probably will never disconnect to move them around. Update: Unfortunately, we were sent the same incorrect power cord for the reclining chairs. My husband did end up finding one online that worked. I will upgrade my stars to 4 because it is working correctly. Would have given this 5 stars if the issue was resolved through wayfair, instead of on our own. Not working completely. All the major parts came in and this wasn't hard to put together. I am not 100% liking the velvet material and hoping it won't stain easily. This is larger in dimensions than our previous couch. Not as plush, but longer and taller. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the connectors for the armless chair (center) and the left arm chair. Working with customer service to resolve the issue. Disappointed that the corner piece and additional pieces are no longer available to purchase anywhere. Reserving my recommendations once the connection for the left arm chair is resolved.. Teresa.
