I purchased a set of these sofas for a project. Firstly, the leather is beautiful and just as photographed. It has a very firm seat - which is to be expected. The tufting is comfortable and adds lovely detail. The reason for 4/5 stars is due to the support of the back cushion. Pay attention to arm height - which is the total frame height (25", I think). I checked back height, but because the arm height is low, the back cushion lacks needed support. Its sags back a bit and, IMO does not provide the support needed to relax - better for conversational use. So - depends on your needs. This couch is the bomb! It's so comfortable.....and it looks great. Tailored without being stuffy/sterile (like the living room furniture you were not allowed to sit on as a kid). It was a little tricky to connect the pieces - metal connectors have to be rotated to connect - and while we bought it for the "option" to rearrange the pieces.....yeah probably will never disconnect to move them around. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. Update: Unfortunately, we were sent the same incorrect power cord for the reclining chairs. My husband did end up finding one online that worked. I will upgrade my stars to 4 because it is working correctly. Would have given this 5 stars if the issue was resolved through wayfair, instead of on our own. Not working completely. All the major parts came in and this wasn't hard to put together. I am not 100% liking the velvet material and hoping it won't stain easily. This is larger in dimensions than our previous couch. Not as plush, but longer and taller. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the connectors for the armless chair (center) and the left arm chair. Working with customer service to resolve the issue. Disappointed that the corner piece and additional pieces are no longer available to purchase anywhere. Reserving my recommendations once the connection for the left arm chair is resolved.. Teresa.
