I love my sofa. I give it 4 only because I have a huge problem with the fabric on one arm. The delivery man said just call and they will send a new one. After hours on hold they said there was nothing they could do. I was waiting to see if the fabric would straighten itself out. I waited 5 days and Apparently that’s too long. We would have preferred having some cushion color options. Delivery company (a sub) lost a sofa on the way. I didn’t discount a star since Birch Lane/Wayfarer sent another out quickly rather than playing games trying to find lost one (I’ve had another company do that to us once). Nothing but compliments.
