Customer Service was responsive to the defects situation and worked with me on a solution. Defects aside, the chairs are comfortable and the right size for the space. The chair is comfortable and works well. If you’re especially tall (over 6’) I'd probably pass. The chair arrived in good condition and assembly was easy. Legs are screwed in (front) and bolted in (back) using an Allen wrench. Annoying, but NBD.
