We purchased the white quarz countertop. It is exactly what we were looking for. Quality wood and countertop, looks more expensive than it was, and it is SOLID (400 lbs per the delivery team). It also has a huge amount of storage--no wasted space. We did not need any seating area and appreciated that this island utilized the underneath space for storage instead. Large, flat-paneled doors conceal two substantial drawers and reversible shelves: One side contains grooves for wine bottles, while the other side is flat for standard storage. Subtle hardware accents the two soft-close cabinet doors.

The Lana Chest is a beautiful piece of furniture. It's the perfect size, and it is versatile in ways it can be used. This dresser is a good quality in terms of the material, finish, weight and hardware. The grass cloth finish on the drawer fronts is fine if you like that style. I wish they had the wood-grain drawer fronts so that it matched perfectly with my six drawer dresser. The collar and hardware is identical though so it works. Again one would expect at this price point to have soft-close drawers. You need to give these drawers a good push into place so that they are flush with the others.. Good drawer space. Designed with an oak cradle frame that holds the tabletop above with exposed joint details on the shelf and legs below for a benchmade look and feel. Crafted from oak with iron accents.

It’s a substantial piece of furniture. I like the color and I like the dimensions. I wish that it had come in one piece and not had to be put together, but I’m sure it was too big to ship. My only other qualm is the drawers… They’re not soft close and you have to push them in and then give them another hard push to get them to close completely.
