Decent quality for the price. One set of drawer glides with ball bearings just fell out of its track during assembly and I couldn’t figure out how to get it back in. The chair is beautiful and well packaged. I love the way it looks in my office; however, I thought the seat would be thicker/better padded. I'm thin person, but it feels as if I'm sinking onto a hard surface when I sit in the chair as if I were heavier. I've had the chair for only 7 days and I've had to buy a seat cushion due to the thin padding. I hoped to not have to do that. The stitching in most areas looks great, but in other areas, it looks questionable/already frayed. Time will tell.. Christina. Burlington, CT. Sat Oct 11 2025

Purchased the Imbali Office Chair for my Mother. It's small with a narrow seat - perfect for her but most people might find it to be too snug.
