I love my sofa. I give it 4 only because I have a huge problem with the fabric on one arm. The delivery man said just call and they will send a new one. After hours on hold they said there was nothing they could do. I was waiting to see if the fabric would straighten itself out. I waited 5 days and Apparently that’s too long. I love the low profile of my sofa. The construction is study. It is the firmest sofa I’ve ever had, which is perfect for my back.
