The stand is exactly what I was looking for to go with my Natural wood floors. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the two swinging doors are hard to open after I put my Center Speaker on the top of the unit. This is causing the wood to bend slightly and the doors are harder to open. I took off the back of the unit to provide more air flow for my receiver that sits underneath and in the middle. This dresser is a good quality in terms of the material, finish, weight and hardware. The grass cloth finish on the drawer fronts is fine if you like that style. I wish they had the wood-grain drawer fronts so that it matched perfectly with my six drawer dresser. The collar and hardware is identical though so it works. Again one would expect at this price point to have soft-close drawers. You need to give these drawers a good push into place so that they are flush with the others.. Good drawer space.
