Each frame is crafted from water-, rust-, and UV-resistant solid teak wood and topped with intricately woven resin wicker rope that's wrapped around powder-coated aluminum for extra sturdiness. We also love how the gray seats and natural wood-grain finish complement just about any color palette or aesthetic.

The chairs are beautiful and the teak wood smells so good. Assembly was easy. My only complaint regards comfort. I like to sit up straight. These chairs are called loungers and I now understand that is because of the angle of recline designed into the chair. I thought about returning them, but they are so pretty that I decided to get used to the angle of the back or use a pillow.. Debbie. Gulf Shores, AL. Fri Apr 14 2023

We like these chairs as they are a good transition/crossover piece when combining eclectic furniture pieces and souvenirs picked over the years all in one room. They are comfortable for taller individuals to sit on while also being rather cozy to curl up on with a book and a cat if you are on the shorter side. We have ours in a room with antique Asian and modern island decor, cluttered with mementos, but these chairs would look equally nice in a Japanese minimalist, Japandi/Skandi, beach, or transitional room.. It's crafted from antiqued rattan wicker that's water-resistant, so holds up well to occasional spills. The saddle-like seat is set on four wicker hairpin legs and serves as a footrest, an extra surface, or a spare seat.
