These chairs look just like the picture. I thought the legs were going to be really bad but theyre not. There is a slight white wash blended in to them but its fine looks nice with my walnut table. I assembled them by myself, just screw in the legs probably about 15 minutes each chair. Im going to keep the allen wrench as I assume Ill have to tighten the legs every once in a while. I’ll probably add something on the bottom of the legs so they glide better on the floor. I think they are beautiful and make me dining room look fancy. Hopefully they hold up for awhile!. Tiffany. We like the chair. Its very comfortable at a very good price and exactly what we expected from the description on the website. However, we have to give it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the delivery service. We could not get a response to messages we left on the phone number they provided, and they mounted the back legs incorrectly even though the diagram on the printed instruction sheet clearly shows that the way the back legs were installed is incorrect. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice the problem until after they left. Most likely, someone else will get a different delivery service wherever they live and wont have the same problem.. David. I was super excited to get this recliner but quite disappointed when it arrived. First, when I ordered it I could sworn it said detachable cushion ms, but only the seat cushion is detachable, the back cushion is attached. Second, one of the legs was very loose and even after tightening it it still sits crooked and I’m worried it will just give out. And lastly, when I was skirting the chair over a couple inches the whole frame felt very loose and jiggly. I think for the price it should not have had any of these issues. While it is beautiful and the sewing seems to be done very well, I’m not convinced that the foundation is solid and definitely not the legs. Wayfair did send a replacement but shockingly one of the front legs was bent beyond repair on the replacement chair too! As well as the fabric near the leg is torn. I would suggest to the manufacturer that they ship with the legs OFF like many other products do. VERY disappointed that TWO chairs have arrived damaged beyond repair.. Marcia. Milwaukie, OR.
