It was packaged very well to begin with when I removed the packaging and saw the beautiful granite top. I was completely in love. It’s beautiful. Nice big deep sink. Vanity was delivered just as they promised. Vanity is cute, the only issue is it’s not real wood. I had read other reviews and saw a few pictures but didn’t think it would be that bad. It seems like it is contact paper, hoping someone doesn’t scratch it and it starts to peel. Visually it is real shiny and does not look like real wood. I have decided to keep it because it is so cute and looks great in the bathroom. My husband had to cut the shelf inside to allow the plumbing to fit, which won’t be that much of an issue. My son and I installed this vanity. It is very good quality. We saw a review that indicated it was not quality and we don't understand. It has solid wood drawers with dove tailed joints, and very smooth closers. The cabinet frame is solid. The shipping package we very well made and very protective. Here's what could be improved. Better dimensional information on the website, such as a link to a document that provides dimensions of openings for water and drainage so the installer can arrange the plumbing in the wall in a way that fits the vanity opening. Because we didn't have dimensions, we had to cut the cabinet to allow the water shutoffs and drain pipes to pass through the back of the vanity. You would think shipping would be easy to track the closer the date came to the projected arrival date. No, in fact, our first email and tracking showed the date around 5/5, then later it showed April 22, 2023. After this it was never updated so we called and 3 times we were promised a call back with an update, but didn't get it and we told customer service to make sure it didn't get shipped on 5/9 because we would not be able to meet the delivery at the house. They promised to push it out to the 15th, and then we got notice it would be on 5/9. We had to get someone to go to our home to let them in. Two things that prevented a 5 star rating. Our need to modify the vanity with saw cutting, and the delivery tracking was not accurate and got worse as time went on as well as no one followed up with us as promised. Beautiful and much nicer than I even expected. The marble on the top was very pretty and the shipping was SO FAST!! A few things I wasn’t expecting: one, it’s a little taller than most vanities, two - it does give off a pretty heavy chemical smell. I’ve had it about 4 days and still is smelling quite a bit. We have not installed these vanities yet, but the entire experience of ordering, delivery was excellent and I am very impressed with the quality of these vanities. The units were packaged extremely well and delivery was very well communicated and professional. On opening the crates and inspecting the vanities, the construction is solid, good quality materials, excellent joinery and paint. Love the farm sink. The only thing I would change would be a more pronounced pattern in the cultured marble top. I also appreciated the multiple size options in this line as well - it allowed us to customize our bathrooms and maintain a constant theme and color palette. The quality of the vanity itself is absolutely stunning. From the solid wood built, soft close drawers, decal in hardware, and marble countertops. All of this should have led to a 5 star review? Couldn’t, due to color not being anything I had imagined. Customer photos indicated a chestnut brown with a white marble countertop that had gray veins, NOPE! Color is identical to stock photo, the grayish brown with a GRAY matte countertop and and even darker gray and white vein.
